Apart from that I work in background most of the time letting everyone have a good time and be themselves. For the group photos I will speak up in order to call the required people and get the photos done as quickly as possible. I don’t like stiff formals so I will interact with you and get everyone to have fun during the groups, they don’t need to be a bunch of dull photos.
